About the Role

We're looking for a passionate occupational therapist to join our growing team as a traveling therapist serving families across the San Francisco Bay Area. You'll partner directly with our Chief Therapy Officer, Kokeb McDonald, OTR/L, to plan treatment and serve clients in their homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leader in pediatric therapy and RITP methodology. You'll receive hands-on mentorship, advanced training in reflex integration techniques, and the flexibility to build a schedule that works for your life.

What You'll Do

  • Provide in-home occupational therapy to pediatric clients across the Bay Area
  • Partner with Kokeb McDonald, OTR/L (Chief Therapy Officer) on treatment planning and clinical strategy
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track measurable progress
  • Implement RITP-based reflex integration techniques (training provided)
  • Collaborate with families to create effective home programs
  • Document progress and maintain clinical records

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in California
  • Passion for pediatric therapy and helping children reach their potential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with families
  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits throughout the Bay Area
  • Interest in reflex integration and play-based therapeutic approaches
  • Experience with modern web and mobile apps
