About the Role

We're looking for self-driven, thoughtful occupational and therapists therapists to join our growing team serving families across the San Francisco Bay Area. You'll work as part of a collaborative clinical team, providing in-home therapy rooted in a whole-child, brain–body integration approach.

At Polaris, we don't operate from guesswork. You'll build individualized treatment plans that are measurable, trackable, and rooted in strong clinical reasoning—with the mentorship and continuing education to grow your craft every day.

What You'll Do

  • Provide in-home occupational or physical therapy to pediatric clients across the Bay Area
  • Conduct individualized assessments considering reflex patterns, sensory processing, motor development, regulation, and daily routines
  • Develop thoughtful, purposeful treatment plans with clear goals and measurable progress
  • Collaborate with families to support carryover into home, school, and community participation
  • Work alongside fellow clinicians across disciplines, sharing knowledge and ensuring continuity of care
  • Document progress and maintain clinical records with clarity and accountability

What We're Looking For

  • Occupational or Physical Therapist, Licensed in California
  • Passion for treating the whole child and helping children build the skills to engage fully with the world around them
  • Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Self-awareness, humility, and openness to feedback
  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits throughout the Bay Area
  • Interest in brain–body integration, reflex integration, movement-based interventions, and systems-based approaches to development

About the Role

We're looking for self-driven, thoughtful therapists to join our telehealth team, serving children and families virtually from anywhere in the United States. You'll deliver individualized, whole-child therapy through our telehealth platform, bringing Polaris's brain–body integration approach directly into families' homes.

At Polaris, we don't operate from guesswork. You'll build treatment plans that are measurable, trackable, and rooted in strong clinical reasoning—while partnering closely with families to ensure progress carries over into daily life. Our telehealth model is designed for meaningful connection and real results, not just screen time.

What You'll Do

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to pediatric clients and their families across the US
  • Conduct individualized assessments considering reflex patterns, sensory processing, motor development, regulation, and daily routines
  • Develop thoughtful, purposeful treatment plans with clear goals and measurable progress
  • Coach and empower parents to support carryover into home, school, and community participation
  • Work alongside fellow clinicians across disciplines, sharing knowledge and ensuring continuity of care
  • Document progress and maintain clinical records with clarity and accountability

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP) in at least one US state; multi-state licensure is a plus
  • Passion for treating the whole child and helping children build the skills to engage fully with the world around them
  • Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Comfort and creativity in delivering effective therapy through a virtual platform
  • Self-awareness, humility, and openness to feedback
  • Interest in brain–body integration, movement-based interventions, and systems-based approaches to development
